    Our signature class. A full-body workout experience designed to move the body physically and energetically. A blend of dynamic stretch, yoga flow, heart-pumping cardio & full body strengthening intervals curated to inspiring music. Each class begins with grounding breath work and ends with relaxation. Modifications and no/low impact options offered throughout class.

    This class is intended for the athletic beginner to seasoned yogi.

    No yoga experience required.

    Shoes optional.

  • upLIFT

    Lift weights. Lift your heart rate. Lift your spirit! This well-rounded, resistance-training class boosts metabolism, builds muscle and strengthens bones while keeping your joints safe and happy. You’ll be led through a variety of strength-training exercises, with dashes of cardio, mobility and stability sprinkled in. Leave feeling grounded and strong-- ready to take on the world!

    50 min. class using weights and props.

  • GET HIGH IN 45

    The ultimate low-impact, high-intensity cardio experience using mini trampolines.This 35-minute low-impact, high-intensity cardio experience will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced and beaming with healthy, HIGH vibes!

    Boosts stamina, supports lymphatic drainage, enhances core stability, promotes pelvic floor health.

    45 minute class using studio provided mini trampolines.

    Link breath to movement through flowing yoga postures designed to awaken, connect, ignite, and ground your whole being. Be prepared to breathe deep, create space, and access your mental, physical, and emotional state. Gain clarity and lightness while having fun.

    This class welcomes all levels from the conditioned beginner to seasoned yogi.
